As an IIoT platform handling sensitive operational data, SmartWeld holds data privacy to the highest
standard. We comply with applicable data protection laws and implement robust security practices.
- Customer and operational data is collected only for defined, legitimate purposes.
- Access to data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
- Data is stored securely and never sold or shared with unauthorised third parties.
- Security incidents are reported, investigated, and resolved promptly.
- Customers retain ownership of their data and may request deletion at any time.
