Data & Privacy Standards

As an IIoT platform handling sensitive operational data, SmartWeld holds data privacy to the highest standard. We comply with applicable data protection laws and implement robust security practices.

  • Customer and operational data is collected only for defined, legitimate purposes.
  • Access to data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
  • Data is stored securely and never sold or shared with unauthorised third parties.
  • Security incidents are reported, investigated, and resolved promptly.
  • Customers retain ownership of their data and may request deletion at any time.

Workplace Standards

Environmental Responsibility

Reporting Violations

We encourage anyone who becomes aware of a potential violation of this Code of Conduct to report it promptly. Reports can be made confidentially and without fear of retaliation.

  • Reports may be submitted directly to a manager, HR, or via our confidential email channel.
  • All reports are investigated thoroughly and impartially.
  • Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith is a violation of this Code.
  • False or malicious reports made in bad faith may be subject to disciplinary action.
